23bacio.com offers Cash on Delivery (COD) services in most cities across India. Simply place your order and click 'Cash on Delivery' at checkout. Our customer care representatives will give you a call within 24 hours of placing the order to confirm its dispatch from our warehouse. In case they can't get through and you don't receive a call or email from us please be sure to give us a call or email us at customercare@23bacio.com to confirm your order. If the order is not confirmed for dispatch within 48 hours of placement, we will automatically cancel the order.

Please be informed that all COD orders are charged an extra Rs. 100.00 that will be added to your total at checkout. As much as we would like to waive off this charge for you, we can't at the moment, as it is mandatory according to our contracts with our shipping carriers. All COD orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours from the time of the order confirmation. You will receive the order within 3-5 days from the shipping date. Depending on your location it could take up to 7 days to reach from the date of shipping.

You agree to the fact that all information provided by you at checkout for COD orders is correct and valid. Please make sure you provide the correct name, address and contact details of the person responsible for the order. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse after being confirmed, you are placed responsible to receive it. My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is? 

Depending on the carrier, tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please give us a call.

What is your Returns Policy?

Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 30 days of purchase. If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, a refund will not be issued.

  

How can I use an Offer Code online?

To redeem special offers, customers must enter the discount code at checkout. After entering code(s), offer adjustments will be made to eligible orders at checkout. Offers may require purchase from a specific collection, and do not apply to Egift cards, shipping or taxes. Offers are valid while supplies last. When checking on the status of my order I received an "In Process" message. What does that mean?

"In Process" means that your order is in the early stages of fulfillment. Changes to your order cannot be made during this time. If you have questions, please call or email us.

 

 

Why am I not able to log in to my account?

If you have not logged in to your account in the past 18 months, it will no longer be active and you will need to create a new account. Also remember that usernames, email addresses and passwords are case sensitive. If you need your password sent to you, our Password Reminder will send it to the email address you used when you registered.

 

How do I make a return or exchange?

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the shoe merchandise within 30 days of purchase if it’s in its original saleable condition. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. All items purchased on 23bacio.com can now be posted back to our warehouse. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be refunded. We cannot offer refunds on products other than footwear like room accessories, nail polish, etc. This may not apply if there is a fault with your item. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. Any shoes returned to 23bacio.com must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box. We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.

When will my backordered item(s) ship?

To check the status of your order, please Check Order Status link at the bottom of any page on our web site. To check the status of your order by phone, call customer service. If any of the items in your order are backordered:

 

·       They will be shipped to you as they become available.

·       The total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped: The total shipping and handling charges do not increase as a result.

·       If using a debit card we recommend that you deduct the full amount of your order from your records today to ensure funds are available as your items become available.

·        All backordered items will ship Standard Delivery.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

I received an Egift Card in an email. What is it? How can I use it?

Egift Cards can be redeemed towards any online purchase. To use your Egift Card, you must only shop at 23bacio.com. After you're shopping cart is ready, just enter the EGift Code that appears in your Egift Card email. Click on Apply in the Egift Code section at Checkout and the entire balance will be applied to your order. Please note that Egift Cards cannot be redeemed when using Express Checkout. If your order total is more than the balance on your Egift Card, we'll ask you to apply the remaining balance on another form of payment. Your final Egift Card balance will be visible at EGift Cards at the bottom of every page. Egift Cards are not applicable towards phone purchases. The EGift Code is visible only to you as it's sent on your email. Please be sure to keep your EGift Code a secret as anybody who gets their hands on the code will be able to use it.
